Sensei WarEagle teaches that we all come into being for our own very different reasons. This often involves health challenges. I believe however that our true well being lies in the acceptance and joy we knew before birth, that we may not ever have experienced or even remember. I don't think it has anything to do with our physical body - hey, I am a former monk after all !
Science is proving over and over today that our bodies are infinitely malleable and respond to our thoughts like rock to water. Each of us has a fundamental blueprint that is our best and most amazing well being and can return to that, can find it and nurture it and help it to grow by discarding shoulds and shouldn'ts, wants and want nots. Acupuncture can definitely help very directly by balancing Yin and Yang. When Yin and Yang are in balance the body mind can more easily return to harmony and well being. Dr Jae Hoon Kim teaches a style of acupuncture that dates back to the Nei Jing, the foundational text of Oriental Medicine. I am committed to learning and utilizing this transformational medicine to restore balance and harmony. When there is balance the body's systems are freed to create well being.
